Group Classes

Join My Group Training Sessions!

Push your limits and stay motivated with our high‑energy group sessions, suitable for all abilities. Each workout is unique — combining HIIT, strength, cardio, and circuit training to keep things fresh and challenging. Led by myself, these sessions focus on hard work, great energy, and real progress in a supportive atmosphere. My main class, Super Sunday, runs weekly with up to 30 participants, currently held at The Boxing Lab in Coventry (CV5 7AX).
